ced5a5f5e9 Expect the FG-X and TRIGGER 2.0 upgrades to happen at NAMM time. Is it because they're Mac-only that nobody else mentioned them here yet? Or does anybody think they don't compare favorably to the ones mentioned? (I don't really have an opinion about that yet, since I don't have much experience with this type of plug-in yet). The longest wait for a fix, was ONE YEAR ! ( and only half a year later they broke the very same thing again, for another half year ). Amazing plugins and a great value. Basically the combinations could be limitless.
Because it seems like folks that mix on consoles such as Neve or SSL, versus the rest of us mixing ITB have an easier time getting a great sounding mix, because they start with an analog console. Like spoiled kids they keep on wanting for more, but theres nothing more. But it is how I have always spelled "buss" referring to a console. It is much cheaper than a roomful of high end hardware and better sounding to my ears than a slew of algo plugins. A True Engineer, and a beautiful person. We all accumulate the odd demo, freeware or whatever and it gets to the point where you are taking up valuable space with the stuff you will never use, that was his point. The Trident has aslightly rawer yet also softer feel, while the SSL sounds distinctively tight and compact the polar opposite to the Neve emulation, which is warm, loose, open, and gifted with adeliciously rich low end. I picked it up yesterday.
